This summer the Boys and Girls Club will once again be partnering with Dj Tone Da Boss for his second music class. This one is “How to Dj” if you recall his last class taught at the Boys and Girls Club was for a music program called “The Studio”. There the kids wrote a song, performed that song, and learned about the music business. Details on the studio here

The new Dj class will focus on teaching the kids a skill, while also staying focused on a trade. It will teach them the responsibility of carrying yourself as a professional, being prepared, how to troubleshoot, and all the technical things that come with Djing. Effective speaking and being able to identify equipment will be the results of this course.
